JOB SUMMARY:
The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be to manage complex projects while ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and being prepared for occasional travel to Japan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from University
- Japanese level : N2~N1
- At least 5 years of managing software development projects with Japanese clients.
- Strong experience in applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies is mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and understand the Energy domain.
- Strong English communication skills are preferred.
- PMP Certificate is a plus.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: N1 and N2.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Bridge System Engineer, Business Analyst (BA), Developer, Product Manager and Project Manager.
