JOB SUMMARY:

As a quality assurance engineer, you will implement a comprehensive test strategy, test plans, and test execution of the product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement a comprehensive test strategy, test plans, and test execution of the product.
• Create automation scripts and optimize those scripts.
• Recommend new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality of testing our applications and software delivery.
• Evaluate, select, and formulate the best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications.
• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities including test automation, test strategy, test plans, and test execution.
• Respond appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
• Work hand-in-hand with Aperia scrum teams to resolve technical issues in the product as needed.
• Lead regression testing based on technical analysis, complexity, and reusability.
• Troubleshoot issues in existing applications when needed and communicate investigation outcomes for sponsors, project leaders, and clients.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Professionalism and ability to use diplomacy in working relationships.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as collaboratively, to take initiative, and to maintain productivity under pressure.
• Endorse Aperia’s agile test and development methodologies (SDLC) using best practices in Scrum, TDD, BDD, Git, Jira, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and experience in programming languages like TypeScript, C#/.NET, Java.
• Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active and collaborative participant in code reviews.
• Expert in automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, JMeter, Playwright, and Azure Load Test.
• Proven experience in UI and/or API level test automation.
• Experience with The Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF) and adherence to Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) methodologies.
• Experience with web service technology like JSON, ReactJS, XML, REST, SOAP.
• Experience in high volume, high throughput web environment.
• Experienced implementing testing and QA frameworks in Financial CRMs and Web Applications’ domain using Agile methodologies.

In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficient in IT phần mềm, knowledgeable in Test Automation and experienced with TypeScript.

Additionally, candidates should have knowledge related to .Net Developer, strong grasp of CNTT khác and understanding of Java Developer.
