Job Description:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Aletech, you will take on a multifaceted role that requires a combination of technical prowess, effective communication, and team leadership. Your primary responsibilities include:
Technical Solution Definition: self-clarifying and defining technical solutions to meet project requirements. Your ability to independently assess and create technical solutions is essential to ensure project success.
Effective Communication: Communication is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with both your development team and business stakeholders. Clear and effective communication is vital for aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Team Management: you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of 3 to 5 members. Your role includes overseeing their work, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of tasks.

4+ years of software development, web development, or software engineering experience.
Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, and .Net.
Expertise in web technologies, including NodeJS, ReactJS, Nestjs, and Flutter.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and SQL Server.
Proven ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
