JOB SUMMARY:
Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery .
- Keep up to date with the latest development software.
- Hire and train new developers.
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Mentored and coach teams on agile and lean techniques to improve the effectiveness of the team’s performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is preferred with above 10 years’ experience focusing in IT or software development
- Excellent working knowledge of AWS cloud platforms and familiar with SAAS model
- Must have experienced on the Project management skills to run global technical projects, Operational processes
- Have at least 5 years experience in a technical role/engineering role
- Experience in managing IT teams
- Excellent English and communications skills
- Excellent Organisational skills Familiar with Agile development methodologies, Atlassian ( jira , Confluence…)
- Can write and review technical policies, procedures, and documents
- Strong mentoring and coaching experience
- Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Good analytical and problem solving, negotiation skills, presentation skills across organizational boundaries
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask
- Adaptability and flexibility, ready for change.
- Report to CTO
- Manage to technical team in VN
