- Create the company's supply chain strategy - Realize and manage reliable supply chain - Find and select appropriate supply partners and establish mutual trust - Analyze the operation and result of business and evaluate/report on KPI/KGIs - Resolve issues that come up, such as delay and accidents - Collaborate with other department and headquarter to create coordinated plan for business growth - Ensure supply chain process meet legal requirements and standards - Communicate and negotiate with supply partners and clients - Lead small-mid organization and team - Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization
