- Plan for team members and manage the team
- Participate in company products, both web and mobile (diverse in both operations and customers)
- Find out and clarify requirements through requirement documents from customers.
- Write, review, and test cases
- Report work to management
- Coordinate with project members to ensure work
- Communicate/report with customers (if possible and required)
- Participate in training to improve capacity for yourself and other members.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Software Testing. At least 1 year of leading a team of 3 or more members.
- Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.
- Experience working with Postman and Performance testing is a plus.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum.
- Experience working with E-Commerce projects is a plus
