JOB SUMMARY:
Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development to junior Devs. Support the team to create a proposal for a new scope of project/modies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development to junior Devs
- Support the team to create a proposal for a new scope of project/modies.
- Define, and review technical solutions (.JavaEE, Hibernate/JPA, JSF, PrimeFaces, Postgresql database)
- Present and discuss with managers about technical solutions.
- Communicate directly with 3rd vendor supporter.
- Support the team to handle production technical issues: debug, performance, workload, security
- Explore, research, propose, and implement new technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years of experience and proven as Chief Dev or leadership role, preferably within an IT company, especially the ERP product.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong background in system design, architecture, and development;
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
- Integrity and Passion for code quality and improvement, passion for sharing knowledge to build a quality Developer team.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage the security risk.
