This full-time role involves leading full stack development projects, including advanced frontend solutions and robust backend services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of code ownership and quality, managing technical aspects throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Responsibilities include:
- Leading full stack development projects using frontend frameworks like Angular and React, and backend services developed in Node.js, C#, and .NET Core.
- Providing technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and optimizing products and services across multiple cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Mentoring and managing a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and cross-skilling.
- Serving as a key technical liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and meeting client requirements and expectations.
- Designing and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies.
- Ensuring the deployment and management of applications across various cloud platforms with familiarity in cloud services and DevOps practices.

- Proven experience in leading development projects and technical teams, particularly in a consulting environment.
- Advanced knowledge of web technologies, including HTTP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience in backend development, especially with API development using Node.js, TypeScript, C#, and .NET Core.
- Strong expertise in deploying and managing applications across multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with a solid understanding of cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Strong capability in designing and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies.
- Experience in agile development environments with exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members creatively and effectively.
- Maintains a client-focused approach to foster long-term relationships.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an agile development environment.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
