Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, garages, milk tea shops, and fast food establishments across the US.
Work on computers (offline, online, remote) and company equipment such as card terminals and POS systems.
Conducted product setup, training, and demonstrations and resolved incidents and issues related to the company's equipment and services.
