JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves planning, advising, and implementing Scrum in software projects, ensuring effective Scrum events, coordinating work, monitoring progress, removing obstacles, and training team members on Scrum principles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, advise, and implement Scrum in software projects according to the company's orientation.
- Ensure that Scrum events are conducted actively, effectively, and within the prescribed Scrum timebox.
- Coordinate and arrange work to ensure that the Scrum framework operates correctly and efficiently.
- Monitor and supervise the implementation process of Scrum.
- Remove obstacles affecting the progress of the Scrum team.
- Train team members to have a clear understanding of the Scrum framework, its application principles, and execution methods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to participate in and support 2 or more projects.
- Understanding of software processes and project implementation using Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence tools.
- Ability to communicate and coach Agile practices to the team.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: Scrum, proficient in Agile, knowledge of Quản Lý Dự Án, excellent Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp and experienced with Tiếng Anh.
