MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Network and infrastructure management: Monitor & maintain IT Utilies system, normal SVR/NW issues, CCTV, IP Phone, PA System, network, routers, internet connection…. 2. Information Security Management: Implement all activities in the company and enhancement compliance 3. IT Helpdesk • Performing IT equipment and software installations and upgrades. • Providing IT support to staff in all offices. • Troubleshooting IT-related problems and determining the root-cause as well as the countermeasure.. 4. RPA (Robotic Process Automation): Join in-house system and develop RPA project in company.
