JOB DETAILS: This position involves performing office administration, document archiving, and human resources tasks, along with other administrative duties as assigned by the Management Board or Department Head.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Performing administrative office tasks: managing the procurement and distribution of office supplies and assets; monitoring facilities and administrative expenses; logistics, organizing meetings and events, and receiving guests.
- Performing document management and archiving tasks: receiving, drafting, issuing, and managing documents; monitoring document processing; archiving administrative, legal, and personnel records; ensuring information confidentiality.
- Performing HR tasks: timekeeping, tracking working days and leave; managing personnel records; monitoring social insurance, updating HRM data; drafting and managing employment contracts and related documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Management/Department Head.
REQUEST:- Graduates from colleges/universities in the following fields: Administration, Office Management, Archival and Records Management, Law, Human Resources, or related areas.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/human resources position or equivalent.
- Mastering human resources administration skills.
- Careful and responsible; good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in using office software.
