1. Job Description:
- Making construction methods, plans and construction progress;
- Shop drawings, disassemble the volume of work items;
- Prepare the construction cost estimate, calculate the construction volume; make volume records and volume payment records;
- Prepare payment documents, construction completion drawings;
- Prepare, manage and control legal documents, quality of works.
– Other specific jobs will be discussed in detail during the interview
2. Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in the above position
- Responsible for work, able to work independently and in a team
ARCHITECT

1. Job Description:
- Deploy construction drawings
– Ability to build 2D ground concept, 3D implementation, design ideas for houses and villas.
– Monitor the project from inception to completion to ensure quality, innovative and highly practical design.
2. Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience
Proficient in using software: Autocad, Revit, 3DMax, Sketchup and Photoshop, knowing how to use Lumion is an advantage.
- Responsible for work, able to work independently and in a team
- Have good situation handling skills, job requirements analysis skills
