Being a bridge between Vietnam's leading adventure activity organizer and customers. Grasping customers' psychology and problems well, thereby supporting information consultation, helping customers confidently experience Wander Compass' available trip services.
Responsibility:
- Receive customer data from Wander Compass channels, advise and persuade and maintain relationships with customers using the company's services;
- Create and manage pricing policies and promotional activities to attract more customers.
- Coordinate with departments to handle various customer issues;
- Propose product improvements according to tourism industry and market trends as well as competitors.
- Support customers to complete transactions to achieve KPI;
- Ensure revenue targets and collaborate with product team to achieve expected contribution margin.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Candidate requirements
- Have experience working as Customer Service/Sale Representative.
- Passionate about adventure travel activities.
- Good sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to commit for at least one year.
