1. Job Description
- Participate in the design, development, and operation of AI products (chatbots, AI Voice, AI agents, LLM-based automation tools, etc.) from the concept stage to market launch.
- We build both the frontend (modern UI/UX, real-time streaming, chat interface) and the backend (API, microservices, data processing pipeline, LLM integration).
- Integrating and optimizing AI models: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source LLMs , frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, and Vector Databases .
- The system architecture design should be scalable, optimizing inference costs, latency, and accuracy.
- Code review, mentor juniors, participate in technical guidance for the team.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Designer, and AI/ML Engineers to transform ideas into truly valuable features.
2. Candidate requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Fullstack experience , including at least 1 year working on real-world AI products (not just demos).
- Proficient in Frontend : React/Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS.
- Proficient in Backend development: Node.js/NestJS or Python (FastAPI/Django), designing REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini…), prompt engineering , function calling , and streaming responses .
- I understand and have implemented RAG and Vector DB (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector…).
- Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Understanding the basics of DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Good product thinking involves asking "why" before coding.
Pros:

- I have experience working with fine-tuning, embedding, and evaluation pipelines .
- Experience in optimizing token costs, caching, and model routing.

3. Candidate Benefits
- Fixed salary up to 30,000,000 VND (negotiable based on ability, potentially higher for outstanding candidates).
