    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    - Track orders and reviews on the tiktok shop e-commerce platform

    - Answer questions, advise and support customers

    - Old customer care

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    - Experience in consulting and customer care in the cosmetics field on tiktok shop is an advantage

    - Responsible for assigned work

    - Have experience in similar position

    - Have knowledge of skin care or have used cosmetics

    - Ability to work independently

    - Good communication
