Job Description

Job description
1) System development project team leader
- Estimate labor hours (create WBS)
- Project ManagementWBS Management, Issue Management, Task Management
- Progress Management & Reporting
- Team building

2) Project response according to waterfall process
- Corresponding to the process of defining requirements and confirming with customers
- Create basic design documents and confirm with client

3) Build processes and review corresponding results within the team
- Review design, review source code, review output
- Quality management

4) Communicate with the Japanese team or with customers
- Communicate design and specifications
- Create relevant documents
- Development environment Development languages such as PHP, aravel, Vue.js), Python, Java
- Related infrastructureAWS
- DatabasesMySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server等
- Issue ManagementRemine, Backlog

Requirements
- Graduated in IT major
- Have practical experience in basic design.
- 03 years of experience in BrSE position. And have at least 2 years of experience programming in any language.
- Japanese communication skills from N2 or higher.
- Strong in Leadership.
- Focus on work: Maintain high concentration, complete tasks on time and effectively.

Working time: Monday - Friday: Check in: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM Check out: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
