    Job Description

    1. Main Duties and Responsibilities

    Drink mixing:

    Receive and prepare drinks according to customer requests or according to the restaurant's standard recipe (cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, juice...).

    Ensure the quality and accurate quantity of each beverage.

    Create and recommend new drinks according to trends or as requested by management.

    Customer service:

    Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

    Advise and recommend drinks to suit customer preferences.

    Take orders and serve drinks quickly and accurately.

    Resolve customer inquiries or special requests regarding beverages.

    Ensure customers have a good experience at the bar.

    Management and preservation of raw materials:

    Check the quantity and quality of raw materials (wine, beer, fruit, syrup...) daily or periodically.

    Request timely replenishment of raw materials to ensure no interruption of operations.

    Store raw materials properly according to regulations to avoid damage and waste.

    Bar cleaning and maintenance:

    Keep bar area, glasses, and mixing equipment clean even during peak hours.

    Arrange tools, bottles, and materials scientifically and neatly.

    Check and report damaged equipment (blender, coffee maker...) to management for timely repair.

    Compliance:

    Strictly comply with regulations on food safety and fire prevention.

    Comply with restaurant procedures and regulations.

    2. Requirements for Bartender

    Expertise: Master basic and advanced beverage recipes. Knowledge of wines, beers, and beverage ingredients.

    Skill:

    Skilled, quick and precise bartending.

    Good communication and customer service skills.

    Skills to organize and manage work effectively.

    Ability to work independently and in a team.

    Withstand work pressure, especially during rush hour.

    Attitude: Honest, enthusiastic, responsible in work. Always maintain a positive and professional attitude.

    Appearance: Good looking, neat and clean is an advantage.

    Experience: Priority is given to candidates with experience working in similar positions.
