- Construction supervision of systems:
+ High voltage/low voltage, lighting, grounding, lightning protection
+ Water supply and drainage
- Develop detailed plans and coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials on the construction site according to weekly and monthly schedules.
- Inspect and supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with technical drawings, construction regulations, and quality standards.
- Quantity surveying.
- Ensure absolute workplace safety, fire prevention, and environmental hygiene on the construction site.
- Working with the investor, general contractor, and supervisory consultant, and handling risks and issues that arise.
- Job requirements:
- Qualifications: University/college graduate in electromechanical engineering.
- Experience: Typically requires 3 years or more of experience in the field of mechanical and electrical construction, or previous experience as a deputy project manager/chief engineer.
- Skills: Leadership, overall management, quick problem-solving, and ability to work under high pressure.
