■Job description
1. Support all store and warehouse administrative work (including store accounting: composing Payment Requests, managing cash/invoices/records...and always ensuring the Order-Receipt-Payment work goes smoothly)
2. Guide and manage Customer service and Cashier team.
3. Enter goods data into the store's system, books and papers
4. Replace Store Manager in his absence; Manage and support sales staff.
5. Understand, evaluate the customer's feedback and offer appropriate solutions.
6. Timekeeping employees, responsible for training new employees, current employees on work as well as attitude when communicating with customers.
7. Supporting the sanitary goods industry, arranging goods, ...
8. Other duties as required by the Store Manager.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 25 and up
- Level: Intermediate or higher
- Foreign language: English or intermediate Japanese
Skill:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Good-looking appearance, good communication, careful, meticulous, honest, hard-working
- Have a sense of responsibility and work under pressure
- Good leadership, teamwork and problem solving skills.
■Working condition: From Monday to Sunday (off 1.5 days/week according to the arrangement of management minutes break 8 hours/day)
■Salary: ~14 million gross (Negotiable)
