Receive calls, messages, and feedback from customers via phone, Zalo, Facebook, Website, or directly at the counter .
Consulting, answering information about services, processes, prices, work schedules
Guide customers to make appointments, check appointments, change or cancel appointments (if necessary).
Confirm appointment before arrival date (by phone/Zalo).
Remind customers of things to note before examination and treatment (fasting, bringing old results, oral hygiene).
Ask and record feedback after customers use the service .
Manage customer profile files, service usage history , support timely re-examination.
Make birthday and holiday calls, send personalized offers .
Call to remind about regular appointments (e.g., check-ups, orthodontic rubber changes, regular check-ups).
Proactively contact customers who do not return to find out the reason and invite them for a follow-up visit.
Record and handle complaints (if any), coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quickly.
Recommend improvements to customer experience based on collected feedback.
Update daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports for management.
Send information about promotions and offers via Zalo/Facebook/Mail to customer lists.
Guide customers to evaluate fanpage, Google, and feedback on services after use.
Coordinate with marketing department in customer care communication campaigns.
