Job Description

- Job details:

Providing customer care to existing Japanese clients: sending training schedules, candidate progress updates, class photos, and periodic reports.

Monitor feedback from the Union, coordinate meeting schedules, and facilitate information exchange among stakeholders.

Communicate with and handle customer requests according to established procedures and deadlines.

Translation and processing of bilingual documents: contracts, quotations, and confirmation letters, adhering strictly to business Japanese formats and tone.

Welcoming trade unions, participating in discussions/presentations: introducing the company, interpreting during meetings, and preparing necessary documents for guest receptions.

Coordinate with departments to schedule proficiency tests, handle any issues arising related to the application process; monitor candidates from the time their application is accepted until their departure date.

Assisting in finding new clients: drafting company profiles, quotations, and cover letters; following up with and responding to clients.

Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor.

- Job requirements:

Graduated from college or higher; friendly and professional demeanor.

Male preferred; age 27 to 35.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; candidates who have worked in the same field or in a Japanese company environment are preferred.

Excellent spoken and written Japanese communication skills, with a business-like demeanor.

Possesses problem-solving skills, time management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Proficient in using office software and presentation tools.

Japanese language proficiency level N2 or higher.
