JOB DETAILS: Support the implementation of content marketing, PR and communications, POSM, and event organization plans as assigned to develop the company's brand and projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the content marketing plan as assigned:- Write and develop content for company projects and brands on Facebook, TikTok, and Zalo channels.
- Implement sales kit content for the project: standees, flyers, brochures.
- Writing content for community campaigns: minigames, seeding posts
- Write MC scripts, program scripts, and film/documentary scripts about company projects/brands.
- Prepare a design brief and send it to the design department.
Implement the PR and communications plan as assigned:- Write market PR articles, project PR articles, and company brand PR articles according to the plan.
- Update the PR content on the website and landing page (in Word document format, images, CTAs, etc.).
- Control and monitor the budget for PR and communications activities according to the approved plan.
Support for POSM deployment and event organization:- Summarizing POSM (poster, banner, flyer) needs from businesses.
- Submit design requests, check print quality, work with the printing company, and track quantities.
- Coordinate the organization of small activities at the point of sale (mini-events).
- Coordinate the organization of sales launch and kick-off events.
Internal and interdepartmental coordination:- Collaborate with Digital, Content, Design, and Event specialists to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Receive and process requests from other departments related to marketing.
Other tasks as directed by superiors. REQUEST:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other related fields;
- At least one year of experience working in a similar position in the real estate sector;
- Having knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.
- Strong writing skills, a multi-channel content mindset, and an understanding of target customer psychology.
