1. Visa application research, consultation, and processing:

Find and update information on visa policies and procedures for various countries through the system.
We guide clients in preparing documents, filling out forms, scheduling appointments, and completing visa application files.
Receive, check, and process customer documents to ensure they are complete and accurate before submission.
Monitor the application processing progress at the consular office, update the status, and provide feedback to clients.
We provide consulting services, guidance on procedures, and price quotes for clients needing visas to various countries (Japan, South Korea, Europe, Canada, America, etc.).

2. Finding customers and developing the market

Plan, establish relationships, and conduct business activities with client groups such as airline ticket agents, FDI enterprises, study abroad consulting companies, etc., who require visa services.
Make marketing calls and provide sales consultations via phone, email, and other online channels to persuade customers to use the company's products (Visa, Airline Tickets, Hotels).
Provide consultation, quotations, and negotiate visa service contracts. Ensure that assigned sales targets are met.
Analyze competitors and propose appropriate strategies. Suggest ideas to enhance competitiveness and business efficiency.

3. Other tasks

Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager or the Executive Board.
