- Job details:
- Develop detailed plans for advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads, aligning with the overall marketing direction and objectives.
- Research customer profiles, uncover insights, and then create messages that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage budgets, track, compile statistics, analyze data, and assess advertising effectiveness. Optimize conversion rates.
- Develop content ideas, prepare images, video scripts, and other necessary materials for running advertisements.
- Priority will be given to Ads staff who can provide professional content, design, and video support.
- Build and set up appropriate advertising accounts.
- Directly handle issues related to advertising policies and ad approvals for Google and Facebook.
- Job requirements:
- Have 2-3 years or more of experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Candidates must hold a university degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism & Communications, or a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates who run diverse advertising campaigns across platforms or have their own strong channels.
- Possesses a marketing mindset and the ability to research, analyze, and uncover customer insights.
- Sharp, creative, dynamic, full of ideas, and good at understanding people's psychology.
- Edit good ad copy
- Basic knowledge of websites and coding, and understanding or experience with SEO is an advantage.
- Proficiency in video editing and image editing software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
