JOB DETAILS:
The company is seeking an experienced General Accountant to handle accounting tasks, manage income and expenses, accounts receivable and payable, and prepare financial reports. This position will also support project management and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general accounting tasks, record and control all accounting transactions that arise.
- Manage and monitor income and expenses, accounts receivable and payable, invoices, and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, accounting reports, and management reports periodically as required by the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to monitor the budget for training programs.
- Assisting project managers and administrators in settling contract-based expenses.
- Maintain accounting records and documents; comply with CRC's financial regulations and internal rules.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required.
- Master current accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA or equivalent).
- Careful, honest, trustworthy, responsible, and proactive in work.
- We are looking for candidates with skills such as: proficiency in Misa software, and proficiency in Excel for auditing.
- In addition, knowledge of auditing and a solid understanding of internal accounting are necessary.
