- Monitor hotel operating revenue.
- Receive documents from the operating unit, check and review sales revenue.
- Inspect, review, and reconcile accounts receivable from customers.
- Record all transactions arising from hotel operations into the investor's accounting software.
- Reconcile cash and bank deposit balances with the operating unit monthly.
- Accounting for hotel operating expenses.
- Review and verify payment documents to ensure the reasonableness and validity of invoices and supporting documents for each expense item.
- Inspect, review, and reconcile accounts payable to suppliers.
- Enter the data into the Investor's software.
- Review and verify the approved operating budget against actual expenditures.
- Regularly check and compare data, and alert the Operations unit about items that may exceed the approved budget;
- Inventory of fixed assets and tools/equipment of the hotel.
- Coordinate with the operating unit's accounting department to conduct periodic inventory checks of fixed assets and current assets in the hotel sector.
- Other tasks.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.
- Store documents in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare data and provide relevant records and documents for tax audits, inspections, etc.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in the work.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of Department.
