Job Description

The Online Business Specialist position plays an important role in creating and maintaining relationships with customers through online channels (Facebook, Group, Tiktok), consulting and dealing with customers, as well as participating Participate and manage Livestream sessions to boost sales.

Specific job description:

Consulting and closing customers on online channels:
- Responsible for customer feedback on online channels (Facebook, Tiktok).
- Understand products and advise customers on products/services via online or phone channels to close orders.
Data management and customer care:
- Build and manage a customer data system to clearly understand customer information and needs, and maintain a good relationship between customers and the company.
Livestream and promote sales:
- Participate and lead livestream sales on Facebook and Tiktok platforms to introduce, advise and promote sales.
