Develop social media content, schedule content weekly, monthly and implement detailed content according to approved guidelines.
Search, edit and create content and be responsible for the content of the article before posting it on Social channels: Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube,
Come up with ideas, directly create content, build detailed filming scripts & voices for content lines on TikTok.
Coordinate with the Media team to produce TikTok channel content according to the set timeline.
Research trends, catch trends, learn how it works, and algorithms over time.
Track and evaluate content performance: Make recommendations for content improvements based on performance.
TikTok/Reels to optimize channel performance.
Build, develop and maintain a community of customers, users or people interested in the brand on online and offline platforms, to increase engagement, recognition and conversion of loyal customers for the brand.
Perform other coordination tasks within the scope of work as required by the Director.
Update and report work as required and as required.

Graduated from college or university majoring in communications, journalism, marketing,
Have 01 year of experience in related position
Ability to be creative, keep up with trends, produce images, content, write social content
Able to interview, shoot, develop short videos on Capcut and do simple image processing on Canva
Dynamic, active, not afraid to appear in front of the camera
Know how to use some necessary AI tools to serve the job
Honest, enthusiastic, sociable, good teamwork
Priority given to candidates with community building skills
