- Research and evaluate potential domestic and foreign suppliers.
- Negotiate and negotiate terms, prices, and warranties with suppliers to bring the best solution for your business.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure the flow of goods within the company is not disrupted.
- Monitor order status to be able to quickly support problems during the delivery process such as lack of quantity, late delivery of goods, etc.
- Work with team members, supervisors and purchasing managers to develop future purchasing plans and develop new product development and improvement plans.
- Research the market and develop, improve, and launch new products.
Candidate requirements
- Chinese HSK 4 or higher.
- Have personal laptop.
- Have experience in the field of purchasing, especially purchasing on e-commerce platforms for at least 6 months;
- Logical thinking and ability to negotiate as well as handle problems that occur during the purchasing process.
- Work fiercely, proactively and hard.
- Always have the spirit to learn and develop.
- Can withstand work pressure.
