Job Description

Enter and translate customer requests from English to Vietnamese for staff and technicians in the production department to grasp the information to make products according to requirements.
Representative discusses technical issues with customers.
Transfer information from customer feedback and reflection to QC department.
Make orders to import and export goods.
Connect with customers about products and services.
Take care of old and new customers.

Working hours: flexible shifts according to management arrangement (Shift 1: 8am - 6pm; Shift 2: 10:30am - 8:30pm; Shift 3: 8pm - 6am).

Candidate requirements

Graduated from college, university in related majors;
Office computer Good;
Experience in customer service is an advantage;
Confident, agile, enthusiastic, cheerful, hardworking;
Communicate politely and courteously with customers and colleagues;
Skills to find and maintain good customer relationships.

Interest

Income from 7.5 million - 9.5 million/month (not including bonus).
After probation, there is a labor contract (full insurance).
