    Job Description


    Financial appraisal and analysis of investment and business projects

    • Participate in evaluating and appraising the company's business plans and investment projects.
    • Propose investment capital structure suitable for each project, ensuring financial efficiency.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to assess financial risks and develop feasible financial plans
    • Managing and optimizing capital and borrowing
    • Propose loan solutions and develop effective capital mobilization plans.
    • Carry out transaction and loan documents (disbursement, opening and payment of L/C) with financial institutions and banks to ensure capital sources suitable for business situation.
    • Monitor and optimize financial costs and loan interest rates to minimize financial risks for the company.
    • Control loans, bank cash flow, ensure the company has appropriate financial leverage.
    • Debt management and cash flow control
    • Monitor and supervise customer receivables, ensuring due amounts are collected promptly.
    • Coordinate with accounting and business departments to control payables, limit bad debt risks, optimize payment cycles and cash flow operations.
    • Plan short-term and long-term cash flows to ensure business continuity.
    • Financial analysis and reporting
    • Analyze financial statements, cash flow statements and key financial ratios to support management decision making.
    • Synthesize data, build financial reports to serve the requirements of the Board of Directors.
    • Propose financial solutions to optimize profits and manage financial risks.
