JOB DETAILS:
Searching for and approaching potential customers, leveraging customer data sources provided by the company, independently searching through personal communication channels, working on projects or organizing telesales, distributing flyers/marketing (depending on the project).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for and reaching potential customers: Utilizing customer data sources provided by the company, independently searching through personal media channels (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok...), working directly on projects or organizing telesales, distributing flyers/marketing (depending on the project).
- Customer consulting and care: Introducing and providing accurate information about real estate products, projects, legal services, and investment solutions distributed by A&T Services.
- Tour guide: Guide customers on a direct tour of the project, show homes, and land plots, and explain the profit potential.
- Negotiation and closing deals: Assisting clients in the price negotiation process, handling deposit procedures, signing sales contracts, and coordinating with the legal department to complete documentation.
- After-sales service: Maintain good relationships with existing customers to attract new referrals.
- Participate in training: Fully attend all training sessions organized by the company on new projects, sales closing skills, and customer acquisition marketing.
REQUEST:
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience (real estate, finance, insurance, automotive, customer service, etc.). Those without experience will receive comprehensive training from A to Z.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, negotiation and persuasion abilities, and flexible problem-solving skills.
- Resources: Must have personal transportation (motorcycle), a laptop, and a smartphone for work.
- Attitude: Hardworking, persistent, able to withstand high pressure, and possessing a proactive spirit and a strong desire to earn a lot of money.
- Appearance: A pleasant appearance and a professional, polite demeanor are a great advantage.
