Job Description

- Job details:

Working at a call center with full working equipment and facilities to support the job.
Consulting services are provided in the office and do not involve fieldwork.
Use an automated call center system to contact customers.
The company will provide the customer data.
Work according to a pre-written script from A to Z.
Provide consultation, support, answer questions, and guide customers with the necessary information to place orders for products and services through the call center, email, and Zalo channels.

- Job requirements:

Experience in consulting is an advantage.
We are open to training candidates with no prior work experience but who are eager to learn, hardworking, and possess strong consulting skills.
The voice is pleasant to listen to.
Possesses good problem-solving skills.
Be responsible for the tasks assigned to you.
Possesses communication and customer service skills.
Working at a company that doesn't involve fieldwork.

- Benefits received:

Fixed salary from 6 million to 7 million VND + allowances + commission.
Probation period: 2 months, receiving 100% of salary.
