- Job details:
Search for, approach, and advise customers who need to learn Data Analytics & Big Data courses (Excel, SQL, Power BI, AI, ChatGPT).
We analyze needs and advise on suitable learning pathways for each client.
Providing support to students during and after the course increases opportunities for re-enrollment and cross-selling.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
- Job requirements:
For Sales Specialists:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Sales/Customer Service/Telesales.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in education, training, or technology.
Good communication skills, confident, and no regional accent.
Knowledge of Data/IT is an advantage (training will be provided if you don't have it).
