- In charge of recruitment management
- Create a source of candidates according to recruitment requirements (mainly positions such as telesales, consulting, customer care...)
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
-Direct interview and evaluation according to corresponding criteria
-Instructing procedures for accepting jobs and monitoring the probationary process of employees
- Proposing effective recruitment plans
-Report on recruitment situation and remedial plan
-Perform other duties as requested by superiors
- Make a plan to complete the recruitment plan according to the instructions of the superior
