JOB DETAILS: TRUECOREWELLNESS is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist and a Physiotherapy Intern (3-month internship, with consideration for full-time employment). This position will involve assessing and diagnosing physical conditions and designing personalized treatment plans, using a combination of exercise therapy, manual therapy, and advanced technology to restore function and improve the health of patients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assessment & Treatment: Analysis of pain and mobility limitations, and implementation of specialized techniques (stretching, manual therapy, heat/cold therapy, etc.).
- Rehabilitation: Specialized for post-surgery, stroke, chronic diseases, and spinal and musculoskeletal disorders.
- For Interns: Assist senior staff, learn clinical procedures, and practice under supervision to meet the standards for becoming a full-time employee.
- Guidance & Counseling: Training patients and their families on methods for managing and improving their condition.
- Collaboration & Records: Documenting treatment progress and working closely with the medical team.
REQUEST:- Experience:
- Specialist: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a hospital, clinic, rehabilitation center, or sports team.
- Internship: We accept recent graduates or candidates with no prior experience but a strong knowledge base.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and critical thinking abilities.
- Attitude: Patient, open-minded, and able to motivate patients.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: negotiation skills, proficient communication skills, and a good understanding of nutrition.
- In addition, knowledge about coaches/personal trainers is necessary.
