JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for receiving information from sales, issuing orders to the warehouse, notifying relevant departments of shipping plans, and preparing booking documents and making bookings.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive information from sales, issue orders to warehouse.
- Notify relevant departments of the shipping schedule.
- Prepare booking documents, make bookings.
- Compare quantities with inventory, prepare customs declaration documents and documents to send to customers.
- Prepare additional documents as required for each shipment (FDA, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
- Receive information from China's import and export department.
- Provide additional information for customs declaration.
- Track the shipment status (Customs cleared or not).
- Prepare reports as requested by the business and related departments.
- Track accounts payable for forwarders.
- Prepare the necessary documents for customs.
REQUEST:
- Have over 3 years of experience in the position applied for.
- Knowledge of import and export laws.
- Chinese HSK4 or higher
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: document reading skills.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: a thorough understanding of Customs Procedures and other related production knowledge.
