- Job details:

Collect records from customers.
Regularly monitor and update the loan application status with both the customer and the lender, ensuring the loan is processed correctly and on time.
Identify potential problems in loan applications and address them promptly.
Working hours: 9 PM - 6 AM (night shift), Monday to Friday.

- Job requirements:

Night shift work is possible.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory. There will be an English test during the interview.
Graduated from college/university.
At least one year of experience in customer service.
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
Work carefully and double-check everything before submitting.
