Develop a platform deployment strategy in line with the Board of Directors' overall strategy.
- Analyze the market, competitors, price, ratings, content, and product's USP.
- Develop a quarterly growth roadmap (launch – scale – optimize).
- Suggest a keyword ranking campaign for hero products.
Develop a detailed implementation plan based on KPI growth targets.
- Including: Review, CVR, AOV, %ACOS, Keyword ranking, Organic traffic, Sponsored traffic.
- Be able to create your own weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans.
- Suggest improving images, videos, and A+ content to increase CVR.
- Continuously optimize conversions based on data.
Managing and optimizing FBA/FBM inventory.
- Plan your inventory purchases based on projected growth.
- Inventory control helps avoid out-of-stock and overstocking.
- Work with the sourcing team to handle shipment issues.

Required experience
- Previously operated a shop with monthly revenue of ≥ $25,000 USD using the FBA model, or has 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Seller.
- Having a background in Ads performance and experience working with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- I've successfully ranked my product on page 1 before.
Professional skills
- Know how to use Helium 10, Sellersprite, ABA… or other tools with similar features.
- Understand the objectives and best practices for using SP, SB, and SD.
- Know how to write SEO-optimized content: Title, Bullet points, Backend keywords.
- Knowing how to optimize A+ content and brand stores.
- Data-driven capabilities.
