- Caring for, creating and developing potential customers.
- Deploy sales with the company's diverse real estate products and shopping carts.
- Participate in market and competitor research and advise in building business strategies, proposing ideas and business plans for the company's projects.
- Responsible for sales of real estate projects that Sen Land implements.
- Develop, train and manage human resources according to Sen Group's sales service style.
- Develop annual/quarterly/monthly plans. Register targets and receive business targets from the company.
- Manage and train specialists weekly on product content, sales policies, policies for sales specialists, sales skills and situation handling,... company rules and culture.
- Responsible for identifying market areas, target customers and working with floor specialists to search, exploit, advise and take care of potential customers for the floor.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
Candidate requirements
- Priority is given to being department heads of leading real estate brokerage companies: Dat Xanh, Hung Thinh, Cen, Danh Khoi, Nova, Era, Khai Hoan, ThegioiBDS, Dong Tay Land...
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate and over 12 months of management experience.
- Used to be the system's Top Best Seller.
- Have experience in managing a team of sales staff.
- Understanding of the real estate market and competitors.
- Ability to plan, organize, build strategies and implement public works.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Age: 26 - 35 years old.
- Have a spirit of fire, enthusiasm, responsibility and progress in work.
- Have a sales team of 4 or more people.

- Competitive salary based on ability, unlimited total income. Basic salary from 10 progressive to 29 million + market-leading commission from 45%/product for individuals.
- Management commission is 3%.
