Job Description

- Control and complete all legal procedures related to real estate projects
- Recommend approval of investment project policy
- Procedures for approval of QHCT 1/
- Procedures for granting investment certificates
- Construction permit procedures
- Directly work with departments and branches on legal procedures related to investment projects and related issues
- Support in resolving disputes and complaints with customers (if any)
- Legal support for departments at the Group Office and Subsidiaries
- Other tasks performed as assigned by the Board of Directors.
