Job Description

As the representative of Thien Viet Salanganes'Nest at the Distributor (NPP) who is fully responsible for activities within the assigned area, including:
- Manage & develop the area to achieve the target of sales, coverage, market share.
- Distributor management - ensure Distributors comply with the Distributor Contract and management criteria set forth by the company
- Efficiently manage & use trucks, refrigerators, signs, light boxes and sales items
- Ensure the sales system is maintained and used effectively
- Supervising and Coaching the sales team (Sales Officer (Sales Officer) & Sales Team Supervisor (Insurance), if any)
- Customer service and other duties
