Job Description:
- Lead the store to achieve set business goals.
- Monitor/supervise all store staff to fully implement the Quality Standards System.
- Monitor Payment Process, Pest Control, Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
- Effectively control budget / inventory.
- Arrange employee work schedules by shift.
- Support Store Manager in cost control, monthly store P&L analysis.
- Implement POSM according to the instructions of the Marketing department.
- Develop and train store staff.
- Recruiting store staff.
Working time: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
Morning shift: 7:30 AM - 16:30 PM; Evening shift: 14:00 PM - 23:00 PM; Mid shift: 10:00 AM - 20:00 PM
Request:
- Age 20 - 30
- Graduated from high school or higher
- At least 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, food and 1 year or more in Supervisory position
- Willing to work shifts
- Ability to communicate, manage time and work in a team
- Grasp and learn quickly
- Knowledge and experience in P&L (Sales), Human Resources, Food Safety and Customer is an advantage
- Have skills in problem analysis and solving (RCA – Root cause analysis), planning (PMR – Planning managing resource)
- Able to travel within a 10-15km radius and can work at different stores.
