Operation management : Coordinate with staff in operating, maintaining and servicing equipment in the M&E system for the entire shopping mall/building (Electricity, water, air conditioning, escalators, elevators, fire protection, wastewater treatment, ...)
- Departmental human resource management : Arrange working shifts, working areas, timekeeping, participate in employee recruitment interviews, train new employees,
- Manage other related tasks:
+ Contractor: supervise, accept , prepare payment records for contractors and customers according to regulations.
+ Customers: advise, propose, and respond to information to Customers (internal/external) on related issues
+ Coordinate the organization of periodic fire prevention and fighting drills.
+ Timely propose and implement solutions to handle system-related incidents to minimize accidents and losses (if any); - Make work reports as required .
