Job Description

1. Human resources administration

Recruiting, training and developing staff as required.
Timekeeping, payroll and benefits.
Drafting documents: Contracts, notices, official dispatches, decisions as required by superiors.
Manage personnel records, labor contracts, social insurance.
Support organization of internal events, corporate culture.
Other administrative tasks as required.

2. Admin

Support administrative work of sales department and human resources department.
Update and manage customer database, contracts and company documents.
Prepare sales reports periodically and as required by management.
Participate in consulting and supporting work related to human resource recruitment and training programs of the company.
Monitor and guide the implementation of company rules, regulations and human resources procedures.

Candidate requirements

Have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management and other related fields.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication and time management skills, quick, careful, detailed and meticulous in work.
Ability to withstand pressure.
