Perform recruitment tasks: arrange interviews, update schedules, respond to candidate emails and phone calls.
Coordinate with management to maintain candidate database (ATS), process applications and related paperwork.
Post and update recruitment information on online channels, screen and evaluate applications (including Code Test if necessary).

University graduate majoring in: Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, Languages,...
35 years of recruitment experience , understanding the process from sourcing to onboarding.
Proficient in recruitment channels and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS,...).
Good communication, candidate assessment and project management skills.
Careful, proactive, creative and progressive.
Have experience in IT or software field .
Worked in Japanese corporate environment .
Love internal cultural activities, branding, internal events .
