Job Description

Job description:
- Fabric production management for Uniqlo (from order to shipment)
- Progress & quality management at fabric factories in Vietnam
- Track delivery progress with garment factories in Vietnam & Indonesia
- Prepare and process fabric testing data
- Email communication with head office in Japan (in English)
- Create delivery schedule, enter production information into the system
- Monthly sales forecast
- Participate in developing new materials.
- Inventory management.
- In charge of logistics related work.
- Drafting and processing documents (English, Vietnamese).

Request:
- Gender/age: Female, around 30 years old
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the garment industry
- Priority is given to candidates with experience at Uniqlo, Muji
- English: daily communication (report to Japanese side)
- Japanese: N3 or higher, priority given to N2
