Invoice, track revenue and check debt
- Based on the contract and contract appendix, update revenue of each customer and create monthly, quarterly and annual revenue tracking table.
- Check the detailed debt of each customer and the total debt of all customers according to each debt-generating document.
- Issue monthly invoices to customers
- Make payment records for each customer according to the record form.
- Internal office revenue and expenditure.
- Track and store company input and output invoices.
- Remind Team Leaders to submit monthly reports of targets and working minutes (such as deployment minutes, position reduction minutes, target reduction minutes...) to charge customers. BBs that deploy or reduce targets are attached to the Contract.
- Other jobs according to Accounting Department
- Debt collection:
- Based on documents and payment terms according to the contract, report to the Company's Board of Directors to collect debts correctly and fully according to the contract agreement.
- Confirm accounts receivable periodically with customers or as needed.
