Job description:
1. Professional requirements:
- Check input invoices for warehousing drugs/vets/HCs, record warehouse records
- Monitor the daily import and export situation related to the Warehouse.
- Directly participate in month-end counting with the Warehouse Keeper: Pharmacy Warehouse, Laboratory, Pharmacy.
- Participate in inventory
- Coordinate with the Pharmacy Department to resolve daily or unexpected issues related to the Warehouse
- Prepare Import and Export Reports and other related reports
- Report and propose to superiors promptly any changes and arising issues related to the Warehouse.
- Accounting cost of capital each month into HIS software
- Receive, check and update documents related to Fixed Assets; tools and instruments (CCDC)
- Determine depreciation time, calculate and deduct depreciation of fixed assets and allocate the value of tools and supplies on a monthly basis.
- Prepare minutes of liquidation of fixed assets/CCDCs.
- Conduct scheduled or unscheduled inventory of fixed assets/CCDCs.
- Manage value, monitor increases and decreases, account in MISA accounting software to depreciate fixed assets, and allocate value of tools and instruments to departments and divisions under the company.
- Report work directly to the Head of Accounting Department.
2. Qualification:
Minimum Intermediate level in related majors
Minimum experience 1 year
3. Age under 35 years old
